The holiday retreat is suitable for any level of experience. Whether  you have a regular well established practice, have just recently  begun to experience the benefits of yoga, or are about to begin,  these 7 days will give you the opportunity to fully immerse  yourself  into the deepening of your practice or to simply touch  upon an  authentic experience of yoga.
 
Morning classes will be Ashtanga Vinyasa based class. In addition, we will use a variety of tools and practices from different yoga traditions to create the conditions for you to experience the pure and true essence of yoga.The retreat setting also allows for plenty of individual guidance, both in the morning and afternoon sessions, so that we'll be able to work with your specific level and individuality.

For teachers and the more advanced students who want to use this retreat to immerse themselves much deeper into the understanding of  yoga, we will offer an optional module with extra lecture and practicum hours in the afternoon. A unique opportunity to work in a smaller group on the very interesting aspects of seeing and adjusting each other during asana practice.

Daily Schedule
This yoga holiday retreat is 7 days long; we will start in the afternoon of the 14th december and finish around lunchtime on the 20th. The following is the basic schedule we will follow daily,  with  the exceptions of the first and last day and a rest-day we  will take  in the middle.
This schedule is flexible and may be adjusted to any special needs or wishes of the group.

 07:30 - 08:30           Morning Meditation and Pranayama

 08:30 - 10:30           Asana and Relaxation  Yoga Class

 11:00 - 12:00           Brunch

 12:00 - 13:00           Free time and rest

 13:00 - 17:00           Optional technique class and practicum for teachers

 17:00 - 19:00           Lecture, discussion, restorative asana yoga class

 19:00 +                    Free time

THE VENUE
