These advanced trainings are open to experienced and sincere yoga practitioners and teachers

The Advanced Ashtanga 500 hr YTT is a progression of the Tribe 200 hr YTT
with further studies of the 8 limbs of Ashtanga yoga, Asana, Pranayama, Meditation & Adjustments.

The Yoga Alliance requires 300 hours in addition to a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate in order to register as an RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) at the 500 hour level. We provide these hours in the following format:
