Sarah is a dedicated Ashtanga practitioner and teacher. She came to Ashtanga from a sporting background including spells as a competitive 400 metre runner. Through her practice, she was awakened to the incredible balancing benefits of yoga – both physical and spiritual – which changed her life and set her on a path to share her love and experience of this beautiful practice by becoming a teacher.

Sarah has studied the Ashtanga Vinyasa system extensively with internationally renowned yoga teachers John Scott and Michael Gannon. She is registered with Yoga Alliance, is a qualified children's yoga teacher and a qualified meditation teacher. She teaches yoga full time in London at yoga centres and privately and spends several weeks each year teaching yoga retreats in Ibiza.

Sarah’s belief is that yoga is all about getting to know your true self whilst on the mat - "Trust that everything you need is already within you; do not be afraid to go looking for it and to take what you find into your everyday life"
