Christina was born in a small village close to Salzburg and has been living in Vienna for the last 15 years. She discovered her passion for Yoga in 2004 and started with the practice of Ashtanga Yoga, later she began to practice Bikram Yoga and in 2008 she got to know and appreciate the classical form of Sivananda Yoga. In 2009 she went on holidays to Mexico and spent two weeks at the Agama Yoga Centre in Mazunte. She fell in love with this spiritual meditative kind of Yoga and decided to apply for the Teacher Training in the headquarters in Thailand. It became a life-changing experience for her and so she decided to leave her job in economy and to dedicate her life fully to spirituality and Yoga. Since concluding the Teacher Training in Thailand in 2010 she has been teaching Yoga in Mexico (Mazunte) and in Austria. Apart from Yoga she is passionate about music, any form of meditation with music, movement meditations, dancing (f.e. 5 rhythms) and chanting – especially spiritual songs from all over the world. Combining those techniques with Yoga gives her the opportunity to work actively on all levels of the being - focusing the mind in practicing Yoga and expressing the emotions with the help of music and movement. She feels blessed and grateful for finding this new path in her life and for having the opportunity to share this experience with others.
