Each student receives a training manual for use throughout the course and a personal workbook to document discoveries, developments, studies and thoughts to be handed in for assessment at the end of the training.
If you who have a passion to become a teacher this course provides a supportive arena to access your inner guru and build a strong foundation of confidence and skill which will allow you to teach clearly and precisely from your own experience.
During the training you can expect to develop the teaching skills and hands-on adjustment skills that will make you a sensitive and competent teacher.
All trainees who successfully complete the course receive an internationally recognized 200hr yoga teacher certificate which allows them to teach whatever style of yoga they love and practice.
In Austria we restrict the number of trainees to a maximum of 12
STUDENT TESTOMONY
Sidonie (UK).....I wish to express my gratitude to all the teachers (including students) on the Tribe Yoga Teacher Training as I learned a lot about myself and about yoga!
The retreat location for the training was beautiful and great for long meditative walks in nature.
Raquel and Scarlett offer very different skills and abilities but come from the same place fuelled by love and yoga. I feel blessed to have experienced the month long course, the journey has revealed a new me and new way of life and given me the experience and confidence to share yoga with others.

CLIMATE & CLOTHING
Generally Bad Mitterndorf enjoys summers with frequent clear blue skies and many sunny warm days. Even when it rains the stunning countryside makes it a very welcoming place to explore and enjoy. Mostly you can wear light clothing in the daytime with temperatures in the 20's and early 30's. Hiking boats and a raincoat are also recommended.
Yoga...bring a large warm shawl or blanket to use during meditation and relaxation. This is a summer retreat and the yoga space is in a converted barn which does not have heating. The early start means the barn can be quite chilly at the beginning of the morning. We advise everybody to be prepared and bring warm clothing to stay heated during the first practices of meditation and pranayama. Once we start the asanas and stoke the internal fires you will inevitably begin to strip off !
